I got these shoes because I wanted to wear them on a trip where I'd be doing a lot of walking. I took them out for a night walking around the city before I left and they really tore up my toes. I didn't want to wear socks because it was so warm out and they look cute on bare feet, but they really did a number on my feet. My pinky toe and heel took the brunt of the beating. I don't think I can return them because I think the soles got too dirty, but they are too cute to part with! Going to try and figure out how to make them work. I followed the other reviews and ordered a half size bigger which was a plus.

I was a little surprised to see that the material was more plasticy than I had expected. (I had expected it to be more like an artificial leather.) Aside from that, the shoe is not as breathable as the sneakers I'm used to. Otherwise, I think it looks good, and it's comfortable.
