3.We always send out our shoes with original boxes. If you demand for another packing form,please let us know in time.

6.We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, insufficient address information, holidays, customs clearing process, or carrier complications.
Return Policy:
1.If you are necessary to return or exchange your order,you must note that the shoes must be in brand new condition as received, with the original box they came with and don't have any tape or marks on the shoebox.
2.If the shoes are defective after being worn, then please contact the manufacturer to get a replacement.
3.Returns and exchanges packages must be send back within 7 days from when your request has been approved.
4.If you received the wrong products, you may send the items back for return or exchange but we will not reimburse the shipping fee.
5.Defective merchandise can be exchanged for the same item as long as a return request is submitted within 30 days from the date you receive your merchandise.
We test our products before we begin offering them for sale. We also inspect each piece of merchandise before we ship any orders. So if you are unable to use any products, please contact us immediately. But we are not responsible for any damages that occur to our products.
